We first started making bagels in our home kitchen in April 2020. Then we had an opportunity to open a shop. Then three more. As we've grown, we've been able to dive in deep into the world of dough, developing the perfect recipe and technique to make beautiful bagels that are both crispy and soft. And now we want to share what we’ve learned with you!
Join us for a Kismet Bagel Making Class!
This three-hour class is hosted by us, Jacob and Alexandra Cohen, at Kismet Bagels HQ in Kensington. You will learn how to mix, shape, boil, season, and bake bagels and bialys. You’ll get your hands dirty, your face floured, and your mind thinking like a baker.
